Luke Egolf is the best - if you are looking for an Audi, I highly recommend seeing Luke at Audi Denver - he’s the best of the bunch in my car buying experiences, and all of the other folks I met there are superb and friendly as well. What a great experience-for the 3rd time! I recently picked up my 2019 Audi S3 which I had ordered from Audi Denver about 4 months ago. This is my 3rd time working with the dealership on the I recently picked up my 2019 Audi S3 which I had ordered from Audi Denver about 4 months ago. This is my 3rd time working with the dealership on the purchase of an Audi. My first was a new 2016 A3, then we added a 2018 A5 and last was the trade in of my 2016 A3 for my 2019 S3. All 3 times I worked with Patrick Flaherty and Spencer Webb. First and foremost-this really is the best dealership I have ever worked with in my life. Both Patrick and Spencer have gone above and beyond with every interaction I have had with them. These folks are honest, trustworthy and keep their word-there is no sales pressure, and they deliver on what they have promised. My experience with Patrick and Spencer has been amazing from the initial offer I proposed, to the ordering of my S3, receiving updates regularly on where the car was in production and when it was out to sea heading over to the US and all the way up to it being delivered to Audi Denver for pick up. All of my previous experiences have been so great-this one however topped them all. Once my S3 was in the dealership Patrick let me know and he prepared everything in advance for my convenience and ease of pick up. To summarize how this went I will simply put it like this, I showed up at Audi Denver, met with Patrick, he brought me to my car which was in a private bay and spent time going over the car and it’s features and answering all of my questions. Little did I know that while he was doing this walk through Finance was prepping everything for me. In Summary, I walked in, turned in my A3 and was driving away in my new S3 in 45 minutes. Yes, I said 45 minutes-I know, it seems impossible right? Well not with Audi Denver-they have nailed down their customer experience approach so tight it could hold water. I have never in my life come into a dealership for a new car and been in and out the door in 45 minutes. Finance was so streamlined and easy-everything was done on an iPad and emailed to me (you can get hard copies if you want)-I was in and out of finance in 10 minutes. Now realistically speaking I did order the car and knew what I wanted and negotiated the deal prior to its arrival which took out some of the time it would take to pick one, fill out paperwork, work on a trade, negotiate and get through finance and into the new car. However, my last 2 were done in this manner and while I was not in and out in 45 minutes I was in and out in about an hour and a half which is still pretty darn good. It’s not that the team is trying to rush folks-I wanted to rush and had I wanted to spend 3 hours going over the car Patrick would have done it-but I didn’t want to sit around waiting. The car was here and I was ready to roll in and out and get on the road with my new ride and start enjoying it. Audi Denver is the best dealership I have ever worked with and I have had a lot of vehicles. They have earned my business and will continue to have it in the future. More

Great service, great staff, great dealership! I went in to service the recall on my 14’ a4. The staff was helpful and didn’t try to upsell me on everything. I got my questions answered and was worried about walking out of there with a huge bill. Didn’t pay for anything out of pocket and found out I’d been over pAying for oil changes at other locations. Will definitely only bring my car back to Audi from now on for servicing. More
