Service hidden costs Dropped my 2012 A6 for service. 2 days later got a call that motor mounts need to be fixed. My service advisor told me over the phone that it will cost around $500 or so. When everything was done, total cost to fix Motor mounts was roughly $1900. Ended up spending $3600 for a $13000 worth car. Please do not say yes to repairs unless you get a written estimate via email. More
