One of the reasons I brought my car in was for a recall fix that required arriving with less than a half tank of gas, so I was delighted to see that when I got the car back, the tank was topped off. I enjoyed a quick chat with Service Director, Chris Gasser, who leads the department with a focus on quality, transparency and customer service that comes straight from the heart. I will be bringing my car there from now on. More

absolute top notch Brought our Q5 in for its 10,000 service. We live in Glenwood Springs (3 hour drive) but wanted to purchase and service our car at Audi Denver (had friends that recommended it to us). Glad we did! This place is first rate in all regards. Our service rep, Jared, was as friendly and attentive as I've ever experienced when dealing with a car dealership. We were provided a ride to a nearby mall while our car was being serviced and were texted a video, complete with audio from the technician, of our car as it was being serviced. Never had that done before! Our ride picked us up at the mall, took us back to the dealership where we were given a run down of what was done. No surprises. Very professional. After receiving a GREAT deal on an accessory we had our eye on, we were off. As strange as it may sound, we're looking forward to our next service! Thank you Audi Denver! More

Service Consultant Jared Chipkin listened to my concerns and took on my on going issues with an oil problem. From the very beginning he took charge and ordered the testing and then got the ok to do the work on my car. While the technicians was working on my car some other things need attention. Jared called and I asked him what was a show stopper, he went to his Service Manager and they helped me out with that! Many thanks to both of them! I am a true cheer leader for dealership service departments because of my many years taking my vehicles there. They truly value their customers! More

Nickel and Dime Brought car in for alternator indicator light. All they did was replace Aman already new battery. Talk it home 3 days later the car won't start. Hav Brought car in for alternator indicator light. All they did was replace Aman already new battery. Talk it home 3 days later the car won't start. Have it towed and was told that the alternator cable was bad and not covered with warranty. $1,300 later picked up started to drive home and it died. First they left it empty brought back and "now" 10 more warning signals pop up. These sevice techs don't know what they are doing. For God sakes why would they leave the car empty. More
