Service Consultant Jared Chipkin listened to my concerns and took on my on going issues with an oil problem. From the very beginning he took charge and ordered the testing and then got the ok to do the work on my car. While the technicians was working on my car some other things need attention. Jared called and I asked him what was a show stopper, he went to his Service Manager and they helped me out with that! Many thanks to both of them! Our service rep, Jared, was as friendly and attentive as I've ever experienced when dealing with a car dealership. We were provided a ride to a nearby mall while our car was being serviced and were texted a video, complete with audio from the technician, of our car as it was being serviced. Never had that done before! Our ride picked us up at the mall, took us back to the dealership where we were given a run down of what was done. No surprises. Very professional. After receiving a GREAT deal on an accessory we had our eye on, we were off. As strange as it may sound, we're looking forward to our next service! Thank you Audi Denver! More
