The service dept. headed by Randall Whitlock needs better communication with his staff and his staff could use some training for dealing with customers. My service advisor Kendell Wesley could use some people skills. This used to be a great Audi service dept. years ago but it has changed. I won't get in to specifics but beware of how you are treated. Customer service is lacking and should be much better. I expected more from Audi Denver and we received much less! More
Dave fica and the current shop forman. Are great they listen and take every measure possible to figuring out the issues you're having. May I confirm other reviews that you might be scammed by Audi of Denver. We bought what we thought was a new car and had numerous deficiencies. I would never had paid for this car if I knew that it had problems. When I complained, it was explained that it was perfectly legal to sell a car with an engine replacement, used tires, recalls, extensive GPS destination (where was this car driven?) Endless phone calls, flat tires, amazing amount of dust and leaves in the engine, wear on the drivers seat, missing part for the roof rack . Frankly, I am just embarrassed that I was so trusting. I am sorry that I ever engaged this business. They have shamed us. Why did I ever trust them? More
Josh Ryan and his team were great. I brought my 2017 Audi Q7 in without an appointment due to a left side mirror that was bent forward beyond the normal position at a car wash. Josh and team expressed concern, started work on the car right away and were able to get the mirror back in normal position. This without having to replace any parts. Wasn't easy, but they did it.
