He made sure all paperwork and forms were completed before I went in to pick up my vehicle for a hassle free and seamless transaction. He offered to help in anyway he could even after the sale was completed. The individualized service was excellent. Will purchase more vehicles from this dealership. More

Poor service I have a brand new Audi Q3 with less than 12,000 miles on it. The electrical/battery/? Stopped working over the weekend. Audi care, which I paid extra for, was called after nearly 2 hours the technician showed up in the dark without any ID in an older car with nothing more than a fluorescent vest on and was unable to even charge the car. I called AAA after audi care left and they came immediately and were able to charge the car enough to get it out of the garage into a spot work could be towed into the dealer. Despite the fact that I was promised a loaner car at all times when I purchased the car – oops – no loaner - we will get you an Uber. This is the second Audi i've had serviced at Audi Denver so this kind of service is disappointing at best. To tell your customers they need to ride around in an Uber car all day while they try to figure out why a brand new Audi isn't working is very discouraging. Maybe going to prestige is the better option for all Audi purchasers . More
