Truly exceptional service I brought my 2014 Audi Q5 for its 35,000 mile service. I booked with Jared Chipkin and he was very polite and attentive. Even though the day I brought my car in, a huge snowstorm rolled through the night before, the roads were a mess. But Jared still got me in and completed the service in less time than quoted. The video inspection is a very neat feature and really feels personal. I truly feel that this was the best service experience I've ever had of any luxury car manufacturer and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Q5 back in for service. More

Not only was he prompt and friendly as always, he did not mention to me once that I had actually showed up a whole day early for my appointment! I only realized the evening after picking up my car, (which was very clean and shiny from a fresh wash), when I got an alert on my calendar reminding me of my service appointment at 830pm that evening! I felt horrible and sent Dave an apology via email and he still react to or pay any attention to my mistake. Customers are not always right! I was extremely impressed with Dave's professionalism and accommodating attitude! More
