Most amazing thing about Joshua was he went out of his way for a request I made, I wanted an Audi all electric as a loaner he did not have any so he went to the sales group and got one just make me happy. Overall Great Experience. Sales. Service. Experience Audi Q5 narrowed down from Acura, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo of the same luxury small SUV class. Q5 just won in too many categories. Denver Audi offer Audi Q5 narrowed down from Acura, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo of the same luxury small SUV class. Q5 just won in too many categories. Denver Audi offered fairest of the Audi dealership prices in Denver. They also had the best inventory so that I could get closest to the features I was looking for. I was able to find a Certified Pre-Owned that got me almost everything I want. The sales experience was very much 'no-haggle' price and also no high pressure sales. You would expect the high pressure sales techniques from 'lower-end' dealerships, but I was surprised to find that BMW and Acura were somewhat 'fear-loss-high-pressure' sales, where with Audi Denver I was never felt pressured in any way. Above and beyond with CPO sale and service follow up. Jay didn't just disappear after the sale was finalized. He continues to be my go-to contact for any minor questions I have. We were at the dealership for 7 hours - but hang on, it was due to the Sales Manager (Spence) and Salesmen (Jeremy) trying lots of different options to get us the features we wanted. We walked in their lot looking at different colors, both exterior and interior. They were very transparent & open. They showed us their internal computer systems, so we could see all the Allroads in the US available at that moment. Can't say enough about these guys... you will not be disappointed. More
