Great first experience at Audi Denver's Service Department This was my first experience using Audi Denver's Service Department. Dave Ficca met me at the car and quickly took car of getting a new fob programme This was my first experience using Audi Denver's Service Department. Dave Ficca met me at the car and quickly took car of getting a new fob programmed for my recently purchased 2012 A5. Dave reviewed the Audi service records for the car and informed me that a maintenance agreement purchased by the original buyer was still in effect. This will save me hundreds of dollars in the months to come. The work was completed in less time than estimated and they gave the car a quick wash to go. Thanks for the exceptional service. I will be returning for service in the future. More
