Chris scheduled my appointment and was able to get me right in. When I arrived Chris went through the options with me and explained the pros and cons at a detailed level. This made the decision process very easy. Once I selected my winter tire and wheel package I was given a quote on the spot and then within 90 minutes my 5k mile service was completed and my new tires were put on my car. Smoothest process ever. While I waited I worked from the customer waiting area which was very nice. Overall a high quality experience. More

Service This is my first service at this dealership. Chris was very accommodating. While you have a nice bar with food, it would nice if they had "free" snacks like they do at Murray Motors where I bought my last two vehicles. Just a "nice touch" Not a deal breaker. My light came on the next day and told me my tires were underinflated. I believe when they rotated the tires they did not reset. It has not come on since after I made a stop to Discount Tires to fill them up. Chris walked me through resetting the warning light ands assured me they always check but it was way to coincidental for me but I told him I would give them a chance. More
