Great service, great staff, great dealership! I went in to service the recall on my 14’ a4. The staff was helpful and didn’t try to upsell me on everything. They offer complimentary beverages while you wait. I love that they have a cafe, just in case you’re feeling a little hungry. If you need to do a little work or catch up on your reading the waiting area is comfortable and quiet. It’s the little things that make a two hour wait more comfortable. When it comes to my car, it received nothing but top notch care. I love how the service tech does a video of my cars inspection. I really appreciate their suggestions on anything that may need repaired or recommend for future services. BONUS, they even washed my car! I’m a very satisfied customer! More
