No up-selling unless they honestly think you need the work I have traditionally had good luck negotiating deals on new car leases, so sales staff appears motivated to close deals, which is commendable. Only con I can think of is when we last leased an Audi from this dealership, the salesperson was not knowledgeable AT ALL regarding the cars, which made making a buying decision difficult. Considering all the free time salespeople typically have between customers, they ought to be able to write from memory the owner's manual for every car in the Audi line! Hopefully staff-wide product training in the interim has corrected this issue. More
