Service to Fix Bluetooth Phone Problem My initial scheduled visit was for a problem with the bluetooth phone functionality, and it lasted 4 hours. I have a 2017 Audi TT Convertible. When ca My initial scheduled visit was for a problem with the bluetooth phone functionality, and it lasted 4 hours. I have a 2017 Audi TT Convertible. When calls were incoming to the car, the caller could hear me, but I was unable to hear them. If they hung up and knew to call back then the connection would come through as two way where we could hear each other. During this initial visit my husband had asked them if they would check to be sure the car had the most updated software. The service tech said he checked and the car did in fact have the most updated software. Technicians could not solve the issue so I left the car. About a week later service called and had replaced the 5F Module and after testing several times, they found the issue to be resolved. I drove over after work and the first thing I did was test it and it did not work. Technicians had already done the paperwork to check in the loaner car I had brought back, so again I had to go through getting my insurance, license, etc. to get a new loaner and leave my car. Several more days went by and the service tech called to explain they had replaced the seat belts because of the microphones in them. Again they had explained they tested several times and the issue was fixed. Again I drove to the dealer after work and again tested right away with the service manager in the car, and again it did not work. They gave me the same loaner I had just returned and again I left my car. After a few more days, they called to say they had definitely resolved the issue this time and stated they updated the software! Ugh, the very fix that my husband had suggested on our first visit! I drove over yet again and tested it, this time it was finally fixed. Not only had my husband suggested the updated software during our first visit which they claimed to have checked by apparently had not, but the couple times they called to say they had verified it was fixed after replacing parts it was in fact NOT fixed, This demonstrates very bad service, and makes me question their integrity/honesty. Each time I drove to the Audi dealer from work it was an extra hour of driving after a long work day, only to discover it was a huge waste of my time because the issue was not fixed. In total my car remained at the dealership between 3 and 4 weeks. The service team asked both myself and my husband the same questions repeatedly to determine what exactly was happening and then when they discussed it or trouble shot things, it was as if they hadn't really listened to what we had expressed to them as the problem. For example... we had explained the caller could hear me during every call which logically tells us the microphones in the car seat belts were working fine, but yet both seat belts were replaced to 'troubleshoot'. With an upscale dealership and brand such as Audi, one would hope for considerate, sincerely concerned customer service where the dealership employees actually listen to the customer - I unfortunately did not experience this at Audi Devon. I will not be bringing my car back to this dealership for service, nor would I give them my business for my next vehicle purchase. I am a very patient and passive person and have never written a review such as this, but the service was so bad I felt this review may help other customers of that dealership benefit if it at all changes how the service team take care of them.
