Service and Lease Sale I have recently relocated to the Devon area and have 2 2016 A6's. Both needed PA inspections and other work. Andre and Bill in the Service Department got my cars in and out quickly and efficiently and kept me up to date on the repair and inspection process. The dealership is immaculate nd the amenities are exceptional. Additionally, I worked directly with Demery Hanna and purchased one of the A6's I had leased. She made the entire process a breeze. 1996 A6 repaired....while I waited! So ya’ gotta love the Audi dealer. They’ll fix pretty much any Audi regardless of how old it is, AND, give you a loaner car to boot. So, I was scheduled for a loaner repair on my 1996 A6 and when I arrived, the service advisor confirmed a loaner for the repair and j said, ‘Unless you can do it while I wait, yes.’ He said to hold on, went to the back, spoke with the mechanic, came back a few minutes later and said they sure could and it would only take an hour and it ended up not taking even that long. I ended up having to get the part on my own because Audi no longer sells it, but, they were happy to provide the excellent service they always do! More
