Great Service I had a flat tire with my Audi Q7 and drove to Audi Devon for a walk-in visit for the first time to this dealer since it's the closest one. The dealership building is spacious and the environment is nice and inviting. The services guys were polite and professional. They quickly determined I had to replace the tire since there is a nail on the tire and run-flat tire cannot be repaired/plugged. I did some work with good WiFi, fancy coffee machine, juices, and snacks available. After about 2 hours I got my car back and they gave a car wash too. I will visit this dealer again. More

Great Service, Always Friendly I honestly consider getting a new car from Audi in the future because they make the service experience so stress-free. My only complaint this time was that the gas light came on about 15mins after I left the dealership. Just happened to be pouring down rain that day so I obviously did not want to have to stop for gas. If this is the only thing to complain about, then I think I’ll be just fine. Still worth 5 stars.
