Overall great service team, but this was a bad experience. I've been getting my car serviced at Audi Devon for several years, and never had any complaints. This time, however, the technician that worked on my I've been getting my car serviced at Audi Devon for several years, and never had any complaints. This time, however, the technician that worked on my car made an oversight when reinstalling the air intake. The clamp that secures the inlet hose to the airbox made its way to the center of the hose and damaged it. The dealership promptly addressed the issue and apologized for the mistake, but if I hadn't checked underneath the hood after my visit, this could have led to other problems. I was pleased with how the service advisors and the manager handled the situation, but it was upsetting to see that the technician messed up such a simple thing. More

headlight repair/replace Bill and Lee did a great job for me with a headlight unit replacement as a result of a cracked lens on the unit.
