I am amazed every time I am in this dealership. I am treated like a star. They pay extreme attention to detail from the valet staff to everyone in the building. The first time I service was an emergency. Mike putted me at ease right away. Pricing was upfront and straightforward. Loaner car was always offered at every service. Once car is fixed. They wash my car. That is normal with most dealership. I did not expect that they vacuums my car too. EXCEPTIONAL !!!!! The second time I service since I lost my key the car has to be towed in. The towing company accidentally damaged a sensor. I called Kyle and bring the car back. They got it fixed. I did not have to utter a word. This is my true experience.
