State inspection, 10K maintenance This was my first visit to the Audi Devon service department. Car was taken back to the service while I was completing the easy sign in process. Waiting area is very comfortable, I was offered assistance with coffee, snacks within minutes of arrival. Staff was polite and helpful. Work was completed 15 minutes before estimated time for completion, including car wash. Very easy and efficient. Great experience! More

Fuel Line Recall The service has always been great at Audi Devon. However, this time I requested a loaner when I made my service appointment online a week out. When I arrived they did not have a loaner and actually said they were not aware of the request. They asked if I made the request online as if that was an excuse. It's not a huge a deal but would've been nice to know in advance. They did arrange for an Enterprise rental which took a little longer but it was fine. More

Good service but technology issues The service tech was very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately he had no record of my appointment even though I had a confirmation number.
