I could not imagine getting better service than what I got. My most recent service encounter to address an A4 timing chain issue in early January, 2020 lasted about a week. One would think that this experience would have been a nightmare. On the contrary - thanks to the steadfast and highly proficient efforts of Bill Finn, this experience was as pain-free as possible. Bill located my vehicle warranty and worked with the 3rd party warranty provider to drive the resolution of the timing chain and related issues of my wife's car. Bill's efforts saved us $4000 in charges!!! Bill kept me updated as the issues unfolded and made sure that I understood the issues and that I was satisfied with what was going on. He made sure we were satisfied with the use of a loaner vehicle. Your dealership is fortunate to have a professional of the caliber of Bill Finn. More
