Hands down, service advisor, Steven Sanchez, was amazing from start to finish. He saw my challenges when I walked in the door and without me having to talk through my needs, took over scheduling my service, from start to finish. He saw my challenges when I walked in the door and without me having to talk through my needs, took over scheduling my service, quick on follow up time, setting me up with concierge services (didn't even know they existed!), and was exceptional in his follow up communications even after my services were completed. Highly recommend Audi Dominion because of him. More

Bought a used Porsche from John at their dealership On 11/8/22. Wasn’t there to deliver the car to me in person and I flew down from Dallas to buy. Car was promised to be detailed and ready to go when I g 11/8/22. Wasn’t there to deliver the car to me in person and I flew down from Dallas to buy. Car was promised to be detailed and ready to go when I got there. An hour and a half later it was still dirty, no tag on it and I had to hear the finance manager David’s sales pitch on everything I needed to buy on top of the car even though I explicitly told him I was in a hurry to drive back to Dallas and I did not want to buy anything nor hear his pitches. Three plus weeks later I don’t have tags or the title on a $67k vehicle I paid cash for. Again I paid cash for the car! I’ve had to bug the sales rep who sold me the car and he doesn’t seem to care and no sense of urgency. Service and follow up from the sales rep and management are horrendous. I would not buy a car from them ever again! More
