Jesse was the only redeeming factor for this dealership. First I was rescheduled 3 times due to there being a shortage on loaners. The reason they gave was due to them not being up to their standard. Just b First I was rescheduled 3 times due to there being a shortage on loaners. The reason they gave was due to them not being up to their standard. Just be transparent. Just say there wasn’t enough. Jesse did say that. Secondly, once I arrived to drop off my vehicle, everyone seemed too into their conversations to ask if I had been helped. I tried to go find help but they just told me to wait. Lastly, when I dropped off my vehicle, it was in “comfort” mode. When I picked it up however, it was in “dynamic” which leads me to believe that someone either joyrided my car in the dealership lot or rev’d the engine. Jesse assured me they would get to the bottom of it. As of writing this review, I haven’t received a call yet. More

Mojda Abdutrashid was our service advisor. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and if she did not have the answer she went and asked to get us the correct inf She is very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and if she did not have the answer she went and asked to get us the correct information. The service technician did a video showing all he did and let us know if he had issues he saw that needed to be addressed. Would highly recommend. More
