Do not purchase the extended warranty, you can’t get a refund. They have been holding our money hostage for more than 6 weeks. Said the warranty company sent them the check, they didn’t know how to send refund. They have been holding our money hostage for more than 6 weeks. Said the warranty company sent them the check, they didn’t know how to send it to us. Charged us $300.00 cancellation fee? Now they saying sent the check back to warranty. I repeat do not purchase this warranty. Audi this was not our first rodeo with purchasing an extended warranty, it definitely seem like yours. Send us our refund. BJ Larry More
