Worst experience of my life!!! If I could I would rate it a zero!!!!Absolutely horrible service by Felipe and his manager William. They left us at the table saying Will was going to go ask "the boss" if they could agree on the price-we were at a difference of $500 at this point.Within seconds of leaving us Felipe returns and says he needs the NADA papers that he left at our table. He then shakes our hands and says that "it was a pleasure doing business with us", takes the papers and leaves. He even said to us earlier that he provides the customer service but the final numbers are crunched by his manager and us. So we thought, he had done his part and was excusing himself. we waited for Will to come back. We were left waiting FOR AN HOUR sitting there. I walked in front of them at least 3 times, we peaked and looked up from the cubicle and made eye contact with them many times. At no point did Felipe come and say"what more can we do", or why are you still sitting here, or have you changed your mind. Why wouldn't he come and ask if he could facilitate things further. When we finally asked what was taking so long, they said "Felipe had told us there was no deal and we thought you were just talking and hanging out." It was 8:15 pm by this time. We got there at 5:30!My husband and I were NEVER told that we had no deal, never did he say please talk it over and let us know if you change your mind. We both are physicians and feel that we are intelligent enough to hear the message clearly of "no deal" and leave. We could find better places to talk and hang out. As the minutes were ticking we are thinking someone will communicate with us.( Now I know why the other staff members were giving us weird looks like "why are you still here". )I feel so humiliated. We were their "entertainment " for the evening. Felipe and Will and Milad They all were in on it. When we addressed it with them as to why they left us hanging for so long, would not check on us/approach us- even out of curiosity as to what was keeping us there, Felipe kept insisting that he had communicated that there was no deal. It is his word against ours. I am not upset at all that we did not walk out with a car. It is how they treated us that gets me. I do not know what to do but to vent here. I wish I could reach to the Cavendars. They are being represented by some very unprofessional people ! More

Incompetence I bought a brand new sq5, $60k+, and was met by the new girl who had to Google every question I had for her. Not too much of a problem for me considering I had already done my own research. However, after the purchase was "complete" I have been met with nothing but incompetence. It took them weeks to make contact with me regarding missing documents to get my license plates. Then after I supplied them with said documents it took me emailing them 2 weeks later to find out one of the documents was not correct. If I were you I would make the trip to a more competent dealership to buy a car. More

The test drive location was perfect, he wasnt pushy at all, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided a ton of information. He never left me to go deal with more customers (this has happened to me so many times at other dealerships and it was so infuriating), and it was a welcome change of pace. All the staff at cavender were so nice and offered coffee and drinks and made me feel welcome. Roxanne the receptionist smiled the entire time and provided freshly baked cookies. I can’t stop talking to people about how awesome the whole experience was and keep recommending they all join the Audi Family. Five star level service all around. More

Striving to Always Exceed Expectations I've had Majda as my service consultant since 2014. In every visit, she's always been accommodating and informative. In my most recent visit, I had so I've had Majda as my service consultant since 2014. In every visit, she's always been accommodating and informative. In my most recent visit, I had some work done at a Caliber Collision. The folks at Caliber Collision said my sensors needed to be reset, which would allegedly only take a few minutes. Thus, I made an appointment in which I would have to wait for however long. Upon taking it to Majda, she said it was going to take a few days. Instead of rescheduling me, she worked with Taylor Henry and they secured me a loaner. She then maintained communication with me about the progress of my car, which is when she informed me that the folks at Caliber had it wired incorrectly and involved parts that needed to be reordered. Long story short, Majda worked with the folks at Caliber Collision to have them cover the cost of the repairs. She rocks! Regarding Taylor, she is also awesome. Again, in having worked with these professional ladies since 2014, Taylor has gotten to know my preferences, and managed to loan me a sedan. Not only are loaner cars usually hard to come by because appointments involving loan cars are usually scheduled a few weeks out. If you ever have to conduct business with these professional ladies, you can rest assure knowing that you will be well taken care of. More

I’ve always loved dealing with her as she always had a smile and a professional attitude and knows her business. My brake pads were replace and my car came back to me clean and shiny.
