I wasn't sure what I wanted when I started car shopping. Ariel helped me work through the decision making process with patience, giving me the information needed about each car I drove. I never felt pressured to buy a particular car, or any car! Daniel Ramirez was also very helpful with all computer aspects, coming out to the house after the purchase for help with the garage connection, as well as the navigation/radio/media systems. I felt like everyone involved cared about me finding the exact car that was a fit for me. And, of course, Rick Cavender was so friendly and helpful, providing that upbeat musical backdrop to the whole Cavendar experience! More

Month wait times for service and then no hurry Wait times are a month to get a service appointment. Showed up to the appointment (on time 07:30am) and told they are behind. She was more thrilled then anything once he introduced (Scooby) which is the 2016 Q5 Scuba Blue Sport Q5. He is very thrilled about his job and always wants to go on test drives to see peoples reactions once they drive the amazing cars. I have never owned one before and i will tell you this, these cars area badass. Our experience was one we will never forget because of Auggie and we will be going back to Auggie to purchase a Q7 when the time comes. I would recommend this guy to anybody that is wanting to purchase an AUDI. More
