Just WOW! I recently purchased my Q5 as a CPO. Although I've enjoyed the vehicle, the service and follow-up AFTER my purchase has been nothing short of atrocio I recently purchased my Q5 as a CPO. Although I've enjoyed the vehicle, the service and follow-up AFTER my purchase has been nothing short of atrocious. Many emails and calls, no responses. I managed to get one person on the phone who dumped me into a voicemail, still no response. My paperwork with the DMV still hasn't been processed over 6 weeks later, temporary plates expire in less than 2 weeks, no guidance, no updates, completely feel like chopped liver. I would NOT recommend Audi Dominion for your next purchase. Once the sale is done, you WILL be forgotten. I'm a big believer in second chances, so am hoping they'll prove me wrong one of these days. More
