We looked online and called several dealers in the south Texas area but no one gave us the attention, the kindness, the patience, and the outstanding customer service that we got from Dilip. His humble mannerism and patient tenacity helped our decision to buy from Cavender. Other dealers were really arrogant and impersonal. Dilip was humble and kind. We came all the way from Midland, Tx. to do biz with Ariele and Rick Cavender. In my opinion, right now, Audi has the market in bang-for-buck products.
