Bad Tint It is hard to review this because it is mostly the contractor they have to do tint, Fletch crew that is not getting it right. Today my husband took my Audi ( since I have to work) for the 6th time , to redo my tint since I purchased in April 2014. A simple tint, that for some reason they cannot get right and Fletch's Technician told my husband so you are the person that keeps complaining. EXCUSE ME...but who wants to spend there time and gas dealing with this....Now I have to worry about getting my Audi back in good shape since they hire ignorant non-customer service skilled worker who don't feel good about now. For some reason they have the gift of turning around the problem on you, I have not received anything for my wasted time. I did not purchase a car from the lemon lot I purcashed a Audi. So customers be aware of getting your Audi tint done by them or you will end up like me wasting precious time on a review. I love my Audi and they people who have helped but few bad apples in bunch. More
Like Family I previously owned a Land Rover and had taken it to the local dealership for maintenance. During the day, an employee of the dealership was testing the car and ran a red light! The car was totalled! The experience with Land Rover dealership was awful at best. We went to Cavendar Audi, told them of our experience and they treated us like family! I was so hapy with Rock Kearney and Sam Robles that at the end of the purchase I was in tears of happiness and hugged them both! I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience of working with them! Thinking of purchasing a car and want an exceptional experience - RUN to Cavendar Audi! More

My only wish is that this dealership carried more of a variety of the higher-end models as well as more of the performance oriented models such as the S series, RS series cars and R8's. Perhaps our market is just too small to support that level of vehicle? More
I purchased my Audi in 2008 and had it serviced from day one at the dealer. At 92 k miles The timing belt busted 38,000 miles before scheduled maintenance. The timing belt busted and blew the cylinder and blew the head over $5000 in repair The dealer said they were not responsible and that this should not of happened then submitted paperwork to their main office explaining what happened. to fix it on Audis cost . It was rejected and basically my problem if you're considering Audi BMW or Mercedes I would not choose a audi do to my experience and with my experience at the dealer. They should be the professionals and should do a 30 or 50 point inspection due to the lack of their work ethics. Iam stuck with a car payment and a 5000+ Bill to fix this. I would consider a Mercedes over Audi any i'm of day after this experience . More
Dilip Khatri went out of his way to make sure I got the exact model and color of vehicle I wanted. Not only did he keep in communication with me often, but he never pressured me into buying something I did exact model and color of vehicle I wanted. My questions were answered, a test drive was offered and I drove several models before settling on an S6. The negotiation process and trade in were both quick and fair and pressure free. This is my second Audi purchase from John and Cavender and I will be back. The car was set up ready to go quickly and John then spent all the time I needed to explain all the features and systems in the car. The follow up was great and the sales and service staff has been very helpful even after the sale. A great place to do business and they are always happy to help after the sale. More
Went to browse the lot at Audi and met Rock Kearney. Rock is a great guy and we connected to him because he is also from the Northeast part of the country. I think Rock is normally one of Cavender's used Audi salesman but when we went back to test drive we ask for Rock and he was able to help us from start to finish with a new car purchase. We had the best experience due to Rock and I think her name was Linda in the finance dept. She was wonderful. No hassles, Rock was upfront and he knew what we wanted. I would go back again and we are in love with our Audi. We have never purchased a foreign car before and this won't be the last time. Can't say enough about our experience. Only one negative, I feel like Cavender does not have a large enough selection on their lot for the Q7. If you go, ask for Rock!! More
