On a different note been to a lot of Audi dealerships in 20 years and living in 30 states. Only El Paso is the only dealership that doesn’t wash my car or offer a first time customer gift. Such as a hat, shirt, or jacket and yes I have received all three and much more. More

We had an appointment but Colin met us as we were getting out of our vehicle to have our windshield replaced. He went over all of the logistics, knew we had a tight schedule, and outlined a timefram getting out of our vehicle to have our windshield replaced. He went over all of the logistics, knew we had a tight schedule, and outlined a timeframe for the day. He kept us continuously updated, and was able to get us out a few hours early. That allowed us to drive back home instead of getting a hotel for the night, and pick up our dog which saved us the overnight boarding fee. We felt like he really cared about our situation, and made a great effort to accommodate us. His high quality service was extremely appreciated! More
