Drove 150 miles to service appointment, only to be told they couldn’t do that work on Saturday, even though work needed was spelled out in advance and I had said I preferred days other than Saturday. And, they couldn’t do that work on Saturday, even though work needed was spelled out in advance and I had said I preferred days other than Saturday. And, despite my multiple requests, they didn’t check the tire pressure (I have printed evidence). I interacted with 4-5 employees and none of them bothered to introduce themselves. Worst service appointment ever. More
