I took my Audi Q5 to El Paso, TX…. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer Robert’s, she is professional, knowledgeable, and most of all I feel she is very HONEST. She does not pressure me, just recommends what Audi says. I cannot stand when a dealership pressures you, this is not what Jennifer does, she recommends…….a big difference. My neighbor has 3 Audi’s I was telling them about Jennifer, and said they may switch…..as you well know it is word of mouth and HONESTY that get a customer coming back. More

I take 2 Audi's in for their Multi-Point Inspection and I don't think think they know the definition. One car rear sensor camera is now lower and beeps in reverse. Wasn't like that before and was probably th don't think think they know the definition. One car rear sensor camera is now lower and beeps in reverse. The second car has a wheel alignment issue, some gunk, black silicone, "in" the front headlight which they supposedly checked and wasn't there before. They never mention the black silicone inside the headlight but they say, "it works". That's like checking the tires and saying "it rolls"... And 2 days ago I got a "check engine light on". Multi-point Inspection on your wallet. More
