It was such a pleasure to do business with him because he made the business transaction run smoothly. I have yet to see anyone treat their customers with such royalty. I believe that the drinks and treats are complimentary, but Omar was polite about it so I had to mention about it. Upon pulling into the dealership, Omar was quick on his feet and walked all the way out to where we were looking at the cars to greet us. While I was browsing at the variety of cars, he was able to answer all of my parents questions and when it came to the pricings of the cars Omar was very honest. Unlike most experiences that I had dealt with in the past, Omar was very informative and was honest with the costs and pricings of the cars which made the trip helpful. If there was anyone that I would recommend, I would have to say Omar because he is very patient when it came to our needs. He had all the answers to our questions, very understanding, and attentive. With each car that we had looked through, he ran through all the information and helped us chose the perfect fitting car for us. Overall the experience is most definitely memorable and I will come back guaranteed in the future for another car. Fast service, great hospitality, and I can’t say how happy I am with my new car. Just stopped by to take a look I live over 100 miles away from this dealership. Elk Grove Audi was recommended to me by a co-worker. Its the first time I have entered an automotive dealership where the sales person took the time to listen to what I had to say and understand my needs. Vince was not pushy. He understood that I was not there to purchase (on that date). I still have a few months left on my current lease. However, he still spent time with me. Explaining the product. The differences between the models (A6, A7, and A8L). He even took the time to take me on a test drive. Again... knowing I was not there to purchase on that date. The prices seemed fair.
