Truly a Customer Service Based Business We discovered Elk Grove Audi and their very professional Head of Internet Sales, Mike Fallis, almost 4 years ago. That meeting took place after undergoing a less than satisfactory experience at another Audi dealership. We have continued to work with Mike and/or their service department exclusively for anything related to our Audi. Everyone working at This dealership seems ready to do whatever it takes to insure you always have a great experience. We just took delivery of a 2017 Q7 and Mike came in on his day off to personally handle the closing and explain all the car's sophisticated systems. We would recommend Mike and Elk Grove Audi to anyone. We should also mention that we live about 60 miles away from this dealership. More

Blown away by the service! I was able to speak with the Sales Manager Mike over the phone prior to my trip to the dealership. I live almost 2 hours away so I wanted to check on I was able to speak with the Sales Manager Mike over the phone prior to my trip to the dealership. I live almost 2 hours away so I wanted to check on inventory. Mike looked through the inventory with me online and went over the features of the cars I was specifically interested in and answered any questions I had. When I arrived later that day the sales representative we saw outside was expecting us and we went in and met everyone then went looking at cars. I drove the A3 I was most interested in, but then after the drive and sitting in the A5 for like 5 seconds, I knew I needed the A5 instead. I was worried however, because even though the A5 was used (certified pre owned) I didn't know if it would work in by budget. Long story short, the sales, finance and management teams worked together and I drove home in my BEAUTIFUL A5 that I thought was just a dream car. They made a great deal on my trade-in that I couldn't have asked for more. The process takes a while from start to finish. But I have purchased 6 cars from dealers and its normal to go a few hours. So don't be turned away by anyone who may gripe about time...plus....they have snacks. I've had great follow-up from both sales and service (I purchased some after market features I need to have installed) and everyone has been very accommodating especially because I live so far away. If what I've already said doesn't sell you then this should: I don't mind driving 2 hours to this dealership and they will continue to have my business the next time I need a car, which is probably going to be soon because my hubby is super envious of my new car and is ready to upgrade from his 12 year old VW. So we'll be back. More
