Elk Grove Audi: The most satisfying experience. I had decided a few years ago I wanted a top-end luxury car and Audi was it. I scrimped and saved, rebuilt my credit and when everything was ready I I had decided a few years ago I wanted a top-end luxury car and Audi was it. I scrimped and saved, rebuilt my credit and when everything was ready I started looking at local Audi dealers. It was Vince who immediately came across as far more interested in helping me than other dealerships I contacted. He mirrored my excitement about my upcoming purchase, answering every question, providing me with any bits of information he could find. When I finally met him at the dealership he was quick to get going, not quick to sit me down and push that sale but quick to make sure I had everything I needed to make me comfortable with my choices. We discussed option, colors, had a lengthy test drive and demonstration of features. Only then when I said lets go inside and talk numbers did we then sit down to work out a deal...and it was a fair deal. Naturally I came in with a number I wanted to pay but with any negotiation it is finding that compromise that is equitable to both parties, and we found that. Vince and Elk Grove Audi were even accepting of my requirement that I take delivery only after July 1 (we had to order the vehicle.)
