Horrible follow up service Brought a 2018 Audi Q3 in Aug of 2017. Everything went well then. i'm a business owner so when we were closing on the vehicle, the salesmen told us Brought a 2018 Audi Q3 in Aug of 2017. Everything went well then. i'm a business owner so when we were closing on the vehicle, the salesmen told us of a maintenance program that covers everything on the vehicle. My wife had asked what about the tires and he said the tires and rims as well. He said any little thing and they'd pick it up, fix it and drop it off our business or home. I said thats ideal for us, so I purchased it. Two days ago my wife calls them up after noticing a little skin peeling off the right front passenger side wheel and was told that they don't pick up vehicles. i told them what we were told and they told us that if I dropped the vehicle off they would drop us back at business and drop off the vehicle. I agreed and today we went there and to my shock, they wanted to charge me for a new tire because we had no tire protection. i asked to talk to someone in charge. we waited for more than an hour and no one had yet to show up and thats when we left since we had to get back to business. Horrible customer service. Becareful buying from here. They treat you well at first, promise you programs that they don't live up to & the customer service there terrible. Audi lost a longterm customer. Avoid this place. More

Who is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, he helped with the whole selection. I was very skeptical about filling out the loan application then being told they will be in contact by the following day... but, they actually contact me and had just what I was looking for. Came back the next day finished out the finance paperwork and was out of there in no time. Looking forward to coming back when we are ready to upgrade the wife’s truck! More

Very bad experience with Town Audi I got a new A6 with this dealer . Price was great, but dealer dont want to help to fix problem, because they damaged grill with the screws , and now I got a new A6 with this dealer .
