We'd gone to a number of dealers before making our final decision, and Michael stood out. We visited the dealer on two occasions a few weeks apart, test drove two cars, viewed three in total. Michael never made us feel uncomfortable and was very polite, helpful to us as we made this major purchase decision. Due to a recent marriage, there was a discrepancy between my wife's license and her legal name. It ended up taking a lot longer to buy the car than it normally would, and my wife was at the dealer past 8:00pm. Michael stayed at the dealership to complete the transaction, even though I'm pretty sure he was supposed to have left by 6:00pm. Michael was consistently polite and pleasant to deal with. More
