Great experience leasing a 2017 Q5! I had a great experience leasing my Q5 at Town Audi. My plan was to visit a few dealerships to see where I could get the best deal and customer servi I had a great experience leasing my Q5 at Town Audi. My plan was to visit a few dealerships to see where I could get the best deal and customer service. I went to Meadowlands Audi first and was not impressed. Then I contacted Michael Condosta at Town Audi based on his 5 star reviews on DealerRater. He was very responsive via email so I made an appointment to see him. He was great to work with because there was no BS and we talked candidly about what I wanted. I spent about 30 minutes in the dealership and left to think about it. I decided to move forward and worked out the rest of the details over the phone and email. Mark Struble was the finance manager I worked with and he was also very nice and accommodating. I only spent about hour in the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up my new car! Since I've picked up the car Michael has followed up with me several times to check in. Thanks Town Audi, I LOVE my Q5! More

My Good Experience At TOWN AUDI Over the past 5 weeks i have contacted 7 dealerships in the area. I have been greatly impressed by Town AUDI, mostly thru my contact with Mr. Michael Over the past 5 weeks i have contacted 7 dealerships in the area. I have been greatly impressed by Town AUDI, mostly thru my contact with Mr. Michael Condosta. He has been persistent, I daresay tenacious, in reaching out to me.On several occasions I backed away and he continued to offer his services in a polte and sensitive way. He responded well to all my inqueries,including the nitpicking ones. He drove a hard bargain but left me feeling that we found a deal that was very good. we spent over 2 hours picking up the car and the length was caused by the insurance company"s long phone delays. Through out that period he educated me about the intricacies of the car. My wife and daughter were with me and they were both very,very impressed by his friendly and professional manner. At the age of 77 this may be the last car i lease but i believe i will buy it out at the end of thelease. I hope i will be working with Mr. Condosta at that time. I will strongly refer my friends and colleagues who are looking for an Audi to TOWN. While i ownly had phone contact with Alexis Rivera at the beginning of my search, he was very helpful in my decision to remain in contact with TOWN. Mr. Mark Struble whom I met at the closing was clear and informative about the lease. He checked the internet for the amount per additional mile (20 cents) if I purchased more mile before 18 months elapsed and I found that I had mis-informed by another dealer( who said it was 18 cents). Of course i wish it was 18 cents. At one point he intervened on my behalf to clear up and resolve a matter for me regarding the amount of money down. I received during this protracted process several inquiring texts from Mr. David Branch about how the process was going which helped me remain connected to your dealership. You may use me as a positive reference to any future customers and I look forward to having my car serviced by TOWN AUDI. Thank you for the good experience. More
