I experienced vibrations in the vehicle’s headliner, and over time, the noise became quite bothersome, so I decided to get it serviced. It took over two months to receive the replacement parts, but Chris, t over time, the noise became quite bothersome, so I decided to get it serviced. It took over two months to receive the replacement parts, but Chris, the service advisor, regularly updated me on the status of the part order. Once the parts arrived, the Audi dealer quickly scheduled the service and proceeded with the replacement. Replacing the headliner was a big job, and the dealer took three days to complete the work. The entire process was done perfectly, and the vibrations are no longer present. While I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the Audi vehicle, I am very satisfied with the dealer's service. If you want to take good care of your Audi, I highly recommend the Englewood Audi service. More

Manuel and Ben were great to work with. Ended up driving down from RI for a specific S5, worked out everything with them ahead of time. No pressure sale/finance, great detail of the car and walk through of all the features from one of the techs. Registered and mailed everything to me within a few weeks.
