Fantastic Experience..Thank you Max. I had Audi from another NJ dealership whose lease was ending. I was very disappointed how that other dealership treated me to the point that I was swe I had Audi from another NJ dealership whose lease was ending. I was very disappointed how that other dealership treated me to the point that I was swearing off Audi all together. After sitting down with Max I quickly reconsidered and wound out driving off with my new Q5 that same day instead of visiting other dealers as I had planed. Max listened to my complaints of the other dealership and put me at ease with staying with Audi and Town Audi specifically. I am glad he did so because I loved driving my previous Audi and really wanted to stay as an Audi customer. Service department is excellent I have not bought a car from this dealership but I can tell you their service department is top notch. They took me in right away to re program a key I have not bought a car from this dealership but I can tell you their service department is top notch. They took me in right away to re program a key without an appointment (although I don't suggest that as appointments are always the best route). The place is so clean you could eat off the floors. I waited for my service and it was done really fast and the customer waiting area is very inviting. The service associates I saw were David S. and Tony Martins. They are hands down the most professional service personnel I have ever dealt with. Very happy with this dealership and I I ever buy another Audi this is where I will be coming. More
