CPO stock on these cars seems rather low so when only two popped up within the 50 mile search radius, Town Audi was one of the two. I actually read reviews of the dealership here before deciding which of the two dealers I would visit first. I'm am extremely pleased with my experience with all of the staff at Town Audi. Michael, my sales associate was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the car. The car was already competitively priced so my only real negotiation was for the value of my trade. We researched it together online and they gave me the price I was looking for. In less than 1.5 hours I had a test drive and the deal was done. One week later I was driving away in my CPO 2011 TT. Overall a fantastic buying experience, exceeding my expectations. When you come in, Ask for Michael and then ask for Mark to deliver your car. Both outstanding in what they do. You won't leave the dealership feeling dirty. Post sale the customer staff followed up with me in writing to see how things were going and to see if I had questions. They already set up a reminder for my first service visit again exceeding my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to give this dealership a chance. More
