Michael Condosta is great! I specifically sought out Michael and Town Audi in my search for a 2013 CPO Q5. I drove over an hour from Connecticut because a.) the list prices on all the vehicles were noticeably lower than dealers in my immediate vicinity b.) the selection was great and c.) I had read very positive things about Michael from dealerrater. My purchasing experience was very positive. I showed up, the car I was interested in was ready and waiting, I took a test drive, and when we got back to the dealership I asked Michael to give me his best price - which he did...we shook hands and I signed the contract. All of that took less than 30 minutes. No BS, no haggling, no 'let me check with my manager', etc. Great car, very fair price, easy. I picked up the car this evening and the finance/contracting people I dealt with were also very professional. No upselling, etc. In and out very quickly. If you are a busy professional (I am) and you want to deal with other professionals, go to Town Audi and ask for Michael - you will not be disappointed. More

Horrible experience Worst experience I have ever had. Doubt I will be using this facility again. Was promised this process would take one hour on an oil change. Well, I finally got my vehicle back SIX hours later. The consultant claimed my car was wash, but it obviously wasn't after the car was pulled up to the front of the dealership. It took another 10 minutes for the car to get washed. The mechanic claimed I had about 4000 in parts that could be replaced. Ironic, because a few of these parts had been recently replaced since I purchased the car in September of 2013. I had to probe to get the answers I was looking for. I will warn ALL perspective customers before getting service at your facility. Extremely frustrating process. More

Prior to our experience at Town Audi, we had several visits to other dealerships that were not too favorable. I had been actively searching for a certified pre-owned Audi A5 convertible for 5 months and with some frustration, decided to branch out my search. After driving 2 hours out of state, we were pleased to see an up-scale, clean, and welcoming dealership. Although we arrived about an hour after expected, we were immediately greeted by our sales representative who showed us the car we had viewed on-line. Our salesman, Michael Condosta was cordial, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was particularly pleased with his integrity and honesty in presenting the car fax and addressing our concerns. Our salesman and the service department worked well together in accommodating our request to have the vehicle put on a lift for our inspection. We were both able to test drive the car on back roads and highway. During this entire day, we never felt rushed and Michael took the time to clearly answer all of our questions. Upon returning to pick up the car and finalize the sale, the car was ready, all items of concern were addressed and requests completed. Although an extremely busy day for the dealership, we were given the opportunity to look over and familiarize ourselves with the vehicle we purchased while we waited. Several employees, including our salesman checked in with us during this time. The Finance Manager, Robert Donnoli, was efficient and clear in presenting the documents necessary in completing the sale. We found everyone at the dealership to be pleasant and attentive. I was particularly impressed that, following our purchase and driving the car off the lot, Michael continued to reach out, via e-mail, to inquire how everything was going with the vehicle. I did have a few incidental questions to which Michael immediately responded. I feel confident that I can contact the dealership with any additional concerns in the future. This was an excellent experience overall! More
