My car salesmen Michael Condosta was very helpful in my purchase..he was very easy to deal with and is on point with his customers, even after i paid for the car he still was going out of his way to make sure everything was on par until i drove off the lot, witch even was followed up by a check up email. a+ Robert Donnoli, the finance manger was great also, very easy to deal with and great with customers. i also noticed town audis staff were very polite and nice to me even if they weren't in hand on my cars purchase. I will def go there to have my car serviced when i need too. i recommend town audi to anyone buyings a new audi or a used car. A++++++ thanks More

Otherwise, they made the process easy and pleasant. They also acquired financing on my behalf at an excellent rate. The trade-in was also simple and hassle-free. Between the time I came in to look at the car to the time I left, including the test drive was maybe an hour. They also delivered the new vehicle at my work and took my trade in for free on the next business day. They handled insurance, registration and everything else related to the purchase. They even called the next day to make sure I was happy with the car. Going to this Audi dealer to buy a Jeep may seem bizarre, but I'm glad I did. More

Unbelievable service! Kept us waiting almost four hours when we were told it would only take an hour. We were not given any updates unless we asked. We were felt taken advantage of and overcharged.
