Overall I had a positive experience at Town Audi. Robert Soriano is easy to work with and not pushy whatsoever and the financing manager Robert Donnoli was also a pleasure to work with. The price on the used Audi I purchased was the lowest within 500 miles for a certified Allroad however the trade-in value I received was a little below what I expected based on other dealers and online sites. The few disappointments had to do with the amount of time I had to wait every time I went. When I came in to purchase the car, while I appreciated the custom "Congratulations" sign, I would have preferred they were ready for me immediately. I actually had to wait 40 minutes before I even started the purchase process. I also had to wait a few other times for Robert. Nicole the receptionist was always very friendly and on the ball and did her best to have someone come see me. Overall, I'd shop there again as they are easy to work with and seem to be genuinely nice people, plus the price was right. More
