This was a turn around experience that started out with a different sales person and was saved by the mangaer and my new sales person. My first experience was, I am told, was an anamoly, as it was not a goo different sales person and was saved by the mangaer and my new sales person. However, the manager called me the next day (after posting my review) and seemed sincere enough in his apology and disbelief that I was willing to try one more time. I was sent a great slaesperson, Jerry Forhecz. Jerry brought an A7 to my home for a test drive (the manager had offered to lend me the car for the weekend, but I really only needed a decent test drive). Jerry was low key, very knowledgable and seemed sincerely interested in just making the car buying experience more what it should be - respectful and really fun. I price shopped several dealers for both the car I wanted to buy as well as for a competitive trade-in on my current car; Town gave me what I think was excellent pricing. Of four dealers, none said they could match Town's pricing until the 9th hour - at which point I told them it was too late and that they should have simply been up front with me as to what was their best deal - Town was, why couldn't they? The car is ordered and expected in sometime in October; needed to order b/c I filled it with some Audi options that aren't easily stocked like the heads up display and night vision and rear seat air bags. Regardless, I credit Jerry and the store manager for the save on this sale. I look forward to seeing how smooth the build and delivery goes. djs More

I will start at the beginning I contacted this dealer through an internet ad for an audi a4 2010 pre-certified. I asked about the car and he told me they were closed and just decided to answer the phone he was about to lock up for the night but he asked me to hold while he checked on the availability. He came back told me it was still available and offered to arrange a time to visit. He was very accommodating, warm & friendly, so I came the next day. In the morning I received an email from Robert thanking me for calling, reference our conversation on the shore an hoping to meet me coming from 45-60mins away. Robert had appointed a representative to care for me that day. I met Michael a very sweet young man that handled me with great care and service. I felt very special, comfortable and appreciated as a customer. No tension, no coercion, no stress, given opportunity to decide. Everyone in the office was professional, serving and very good customer service. Robert and Michael are an asset to Town Audi, individuals that made my car buying experience the best I have ever had the pleasure in doing. Contacted the dealership to inquire about purchasing a new Q5 Spoke to a sales rep and give the info as to the color combo and options that I wanted. Was told she would get back to me. Well 2 weeks h new Q5 Spoke to a sales rep and give the info as to the color combo and options that I wanted. Was told she would get back to me. Well 2 weeks have gone by and I just now received an email asking if I still was interested in purchase. Well, I already had purchased a vehicle 2 days after my initial contact with Town Audi. The sales person never got back to me until 2 weeks later. They lost a customer and sale because of the lack of communication. Other dealers were were aggressive and interested in securing my business. I do NOT recommend this dealership! More
