I have purchased over 20 vehicles in the last 13 years and Peggy was by far the best sales person i had ever dealt with. She is up on her lingo and how to really make someone get excited about your vehicl and Peggy was by far the best sales person i had ever dealt with. She is up on her lingo and how to really make someone get excited about your vehicle. She didn't get in the way AT ALL and she never pushed about anything. My favorite part was the she texted back and forth with me the entire time of the deal and after if i needed anything at all. Thank you Peggy!!! YOUR THE BEST!!! More

"At Town Audi, we're not going to give you that fly by night experience." -Michael Condosta (Town Audi 2013) Bottom line, I love their cars, I love their pricing, but this time around it wasn't a go by night experience." -Michael Condosta (Town Audi 2013) Bottom line, I love their cars, I love their pricing, but this time around it wasn't a good experience for me... I'm all about getting a good deal AND having a good experience, especially if I'm a repeat customer. Otherwise, why bother?? I live in Maryland and bought my first certified pre-owned Audi at this dealership back in 2008. By far, it was the best car buying experience ever. So it was a no-brainer that when it came time to buy again, Town Audi would be at the top my list of places to check out. I've always been impressed with their inventory. My friends and I love cars, love the car buying experience, and will travel near and far for a good deal. It's just how we roll... I decided that I wanted another Audi, only this time, let's make it a coupe. I'm picky about my color schemes so I knew this would be a challenge. Never failing me, I found exactly what I wanted on Town Audi's website. It was certified pre-owned and the price was fair. I located other vehicles in the area that were comparable in price. I clicked on Town Audi's "ePrice" button to inquire about the car. Michael Condosta responded to me almost immediately and I just knew I was about to get the same good feeling I got back in 2008. Michael informed me that the ePrice was $300 less and it was firm b/c it was "priced to sell". He set up an appointment and I informed him that I would be a repeat buyer. I already knew the car would drive well and would probably be all that I wanted and more. I told him I found another car, similar to this one in the area for about $1200 less, but I recall my great experience with Town Audi and would love to work with them again if the deal was right. This is where things went south, for me.... 3 things happened on Saturday that rubbed me the wrong way and ultimately led me to have to seek my fun dream car elsewhere. 1.) When I arrived to the dealership, Michael was friendly and knowledgeable. The test drive went well and I was ready to see if we could close a deal. Michael seemed eager to just get through the process of a quick purchase b/c "the price was firm", but back in 2008 I recall my salesman sitting down with me and even discussing different packages (ie tire & wheels, windshield/glass protection, maintenence, etc) and they tried to see what good prices they could get me for these add-ons. I did not receive this service yesterday. Everything seemed to be so focused on just getting the "full asking price" for the car. I told Michael that I was clear about the pricing of the car, but was wanting to inquire about other services or "add-ons" that I could maybe get at a good deal being that I'm a repeat customer. For example, I've had friends go to Len Stoler Audi here in Maryland as repeat customers and while the price of the car was firm, the dealership made an effort to show them that their repeat business was appreciated with anything from a maintenance service being thrown in or meeting them half way with the cost of getting a rear view camera installed. Some have even gotten coupons from the dealer to get their car detailed a few times. I got this kind of treatment back in 2008, but now under new management I suppose, this is a foreign concept to Town Audi. At the end of the day, everyone wants to feel like they win... If I'm a repeat customer and paying full asking price for your vehicle, the least you can do is show some regard whether it be in a small or major way. 2.)Michael seemed to feel as though I had requested a $1200 discount on the car before I even arrived to the dealership on Saturday. He said on more than one occasion during my visit that I had asked for $1200 off but he told me the price was firm over the phone and in the email. For the record, I NEVER asked for $1200 off of the car. I said to him, "I've located a similar car in the area and it's about $1200 less than yours, but I would love to see if I can work with Town Audi and get the best deal possible." He never seemed to understand that I never asked him for a $1200 discount and felt as though my friend and I were trying to "negotiate" the price of the car. Price of the car was never the issue, it was all about what I talked about in point #1.... 3.) I proudly left Town Audi to go check out other dealers in the area. Why you ask?? At the end of the day, no one at Town Audi ever asked the simple question, "Since we have the vehicle you want, the price is right, and you're a repeat customer, what would it take for you to feel comfortable closing the deal with us today??" Instead, I was told, "The price is what it is. At Town Audi, we're not going to give you that fly by night experience. We're not that kind of dealership." I don't even blame Michael Condosta for this comment, instead I blame the culture of this organization for letting their employees think it's OK to not cater to a customer dropping their hard earned money into their business (more than once). I know I'm not Ms. Money Bags, but I do work hard for my coins. When I buy a car, it is ALL about the experience. I need to feel regarded as a customer. Clearly, this is not the same place I visited back in 2008. With that being said, I'll just have to find my reasonably priced sports car elsewhere. I may have to wait a while, I may have to switch car brands, I may even have to come up off of some more coins at the end of my deal, but I will not settle for anything less than a "fly by night experience". ** PLEASE NOTE: Just because my friends and I will more than likely not buy another car here, I still recommend this dealership to the person who isn't as concerned w/ customer loyalty or brand loyalty. (Hence the reason for my rating.) The cars at Town Audi are legit and the selection is great. Enjoy! #CarpeDiem ** More
