I was on the market for a certified Audi. Town Motors had a good selection so I made the trip to Englewood. I needed a 45 min ride to get to the dealer the day I picked up my car and Michael picked me up before he went to work. Overall I was pleased with the interaction and am very happy with the A6 I purchased. More

This place has the worst service of any dealership i've visited. I was only greeted by one person - the ladies at the Audi clothing/accessories desk. All the salesmen were doing were glaring at me just bec visited. I was only greeted by one person - the ladies at the Audi clothing/accessories desk. Maybe you shouldn't discriminate and serve everybody with equality.. this isn't America right? In conclusion, I'm taking my business elsewhere because there are too many dealers around anyway. I bought my truck in for service, it was at 4:00 pm i called to see if i could bring it in right away as i was having a problem with it and i needed it for work the next day. I was told to come right in called to see if i could bring it in right away as i was having a problem with it and i needed it for work the next day. I was told to come right in i might have to wait a few because i had no appointment but i got in about 20 minutes after i arrived and they fixed the problem at n/c to me because it was a simple problem with a wire loose. This could have been worse as i am no way mechanically inclined they could have told me i needed parts and really took advantage of me. They are pleasant people and i would recommend them to any one . Thank you for your kind and honest people. More

I leased my Mercury through Town Motors. They gave me a fair deal on my car and they are located close to my home. I will never go back after my experience with this dealership and I will never recommend fair deal on my car and they are located close to my home. I will never go back after my experience with this dealership and I will never recommend any of my family or friends to this dealership. Service was horrendous, the staff was rude and I have had continued problems with my car since I pulled it out of the dealership 2 years ago. I have been called a liar by the service technicians and staff for my continued car issues for over 2 years. I even went as far as calling Ford Corporate to inform them on the service I have received from Town Motors. My lease is over in less than a month and I cannot wait to throw the car back at them. My wife needed her car serviced and it's convenient b/c we don't live too far from here. A number of neighbors had told us they had gone for different things and wouldn't go back again. I have heard some bad stuff about what they do to the used cars for sale. But I thought how easy it was to drop the car off for a service and go back later in the day. The service was terrible, my 5 year old could have done a better job. They don't fill the oil properly on the oil change, the tires weren't rotated correctly and there was oil dripping on my wife's car seat which is leather. I complained to this guy about the work and he at first seemed amenable to hearing the complaint but when I mentioned refund or a reduction in price b/c of the lack of service and if he had spoken to the guy who had worked on the car he changed his attitude. He doesn't care about keeping customers only getting 'em in and making money, so many of us won't be returning to this place. Stay away from here, go somewhere that cares about customer service. I doubt they will survive another year with this guy Nidowicz, if time had been a luxury I would have like to have paid him a visit in person to change his attitude. More

This dealership, like others, buys leftover used cars from the surrounding area (Ramsey), so be careful if you notice a car with those "stickers". They are very concerned with bad customer surveys, in fact challenging or confronting you if you call back for anything eles...but be honest. I have had to bring back the car twice, and now will be going to another dealer to get the work done correctly. More

I was shopping for a new car (AUDI )...I was in the showroom and was amazed how the sales manager (small little guy by the name of Emilio),( maybe he has a complex!).....berated a salesperson on the sh showroom and was amazed how the sales manager (small little guy by the name of Emilio),( maybe he has a complex!).....berated a salesperson on the showroom floor......it was very embarrassing to me and everyone else that heard it.......he talked down, to the person, almost to the point of belittling and making the salesperson look and feel like an idiot. All over something to do with email. At a normal company, the sales manager would of been written up and would of been counceled on how to talk to people....<br>In any event, I got a price, but would never go back..... More
