I have had the pleasure to purchase a 2008 Audi A6 CPO and the overall sales experience was made a success due to Miguel and his team. Even though I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 PM, the car was ready and Miguel spent quite some time explaining the car's details before we took it out for a test drive. The car and the price point was perfect and I purchased it right away. I did notice that there was a small issues with the cars headlight and Miguel made sure that it was written on the invoice that they would be able to take care of this as soon as the plates arrived. The service department (Craig and team) were very easy to deal with and they provided a loaner vehicle, serviced the car and washed it before delivering. I am very pleased with the dealership, specially the sales and service teams and i would have no problems recommending them to others. More

The 2008 A6 CPO in Brilliant Black Pearl Effect and Amaretto interior today adorns my driveway thanks to a very pleasant car buying experience with Town Audi in Englewood and Vernedra Williams in particular. Even though I live 45 miles away from this dealership, I researched online and found the prices at Town Audi to be the lowest for CPO vehicles. Vernedra Williams was very helpful in demonstrating the car to me and answering my questions, at no point did she pressure me into making a deal. She arranged a loaner vehicle for a day even though I hadn't completed my purchase, as my trade-in wasn't road worthy. Price negotiation was swift and pleasant and the words "Congratulations, we have a deal" was like magic to my ears. The "closing process" in Robert Donnoli's office went smoothly and he explained each item on the final invoice in great detail, heck we even discussed 'Classic Rock' and our favorite bands!! The entire staff with whom I've interacted at Town Audi is very respectful and willing to listen and help. My car buying experience was great and would like to recommend this dealership to all potential customers. The Sales experience was great and now looking forward to the Service experience, don't mind driving 45 miles each way for my first service as I feel comfortable with the staff here. We love the car but are more impressed with their customer service. Two issues came up post purchase that could have been a problem for a distant purchaser. Town was very responsive to our needs and took care of everything without a fuss and at no cost to us. They were very communicative and responsive! A low milage 2009 car is a commodity, service is what makes the diference. More

He was pleasant, honest and professional from the first time I contacted him via telephone to inquire about the vehicle, to the follow-up phone call three days after we picked-up the Audi. He impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicle, the inner workings of the car during our long test drive and with the sales closeout procedure. It was refreshing not to have to deal with the stereotypical "pushy" car salesperson. I think it speaks volumes that I traveled 35 miles to purchase a vehicle when ANOTHER Audi dealership was 4 miles from my residence but which I did not feel they appreciated me as a customer from the indifferent attitude I recieved. I guess they didn't need to sell the many automobiles in their inventory. I highly recommend this dealership as well as the the sales and management team of which Arun, Elgin and Robert (don't fault him for being a NY Mets fan)are a part of. So let 1st say that this has been the most painful and the same time the best sales experience that i have ever had. Hands down the best looking and driving car i have ever owned. I Order my car 3 months ago and showed up at the dealer almost every day until the car arrived Early, which was due to the all the calls made by Arun to get the car here. I can't stress enough how patient and understanding of my needs the sales staff was, town audi is simply awesome. More

After we bought the car, Jake was equally helpful in explaining how all the electronics worked and in helping us set up our Blackberry connection for a cell phone in the car. Jake also followed up after the purchase, and, in standard practice, I suppose, helped us get insurance and set the registration process in gear so we could drive away with our new purchase. Later, when we needed some work done on the car, we got a loaner from Town; the service professionals were very nice, and the service seems to have been done well; and the charge was zero...no nickle and diming here. We are very satisfied so far with the treatment we got from Jake, service consultant Yasmine and Town Audi. More

I had been looking for a Sprint Blue 2010 S4 with some specific options. I looked all over and could not find what I want, or I did but had to order and wait 4+ months for it.
