We recently purchased a 2024 Audi A5 Premium Plus to replace our 2018 A5 model. Brian Balinski was our sales rep. and he was extremely attentive: getting our requirements for what kind of vehicle w replace our 2018 A5 model. Brian Balinski was our sales rep. and he was extremely attentive: getting our requirements for what kind of vehicle we were looking for: price range, model type, color as well as our vehicle trade-in, etc. When the model color we discussed was not available at the Highland Park lot, Brian took the effort to take my wife and I to the Lake Bluff location to view the car and drive it back to Highland Park in person. He briefed us on the purchase and trade-in process and then turned us over to Robert to talk through the details of warranty options, and vehicle trade-in. Everything was clearly explained to us (pros and cons) and we were extremely pleased with the trade-in amount we got for our 2018 A5. After signing all of the papers, Brian came back to me once again, to give me a quick walk-through of the A5’s control panel and the vehicle settings. I was really impressed with the time Brian, Robert, Mario and the staff took to walk us through the entire purchase process.
