A true business experience! I have owned a range of cars that fit as competitors to Audi as well as ones that are considered to be a step above and below. At the end of the day, I have owned a range of cars that fit as competitors to Audi as well as ones that are considered to be a step above and below. At the end of the day, they are all great cars. In most cases, when you spend more than $80K on a car, you are getting a great car/product. The only thing that makes a difference is the dealer; the folks at the dealer, their attention to detail, following through to get you information to make decisions tied to your purchase, not making you feel like all the dealer cares about is the sale, and most importantly the service you receive after the sale. I want to thank Lucas and Ryan for their ongoing efforts along with all the others that made the experience great (Shawn M, Ken L, Mario R). My experience in purchasing my A8L and my sister in law purchasing her Q5 this year is a standard that all dealerships should strive to achieve. All the folks at the dealer were attentive to making sure I was receiving what I needed; not just one salesman. The purchasing experience was at my pace and at my comfort level. And I could tell the dealer focused on meeting each individuals needs in this regard. They understood the product and were willing to tailor the product and deal to suit my needs. Simply put, they care that I am happy and as a guy who buys cars regularly and has family members that buy cars regularly, they have gained my respect and I plan to continue to purchase cars from them whether I live near the dealer or not. I also would recommend their sister dealer, the Porsche Exchange in the same light. Thanks for all the efforts to help my family with their car needs! More

They went out of their way to help make this deal go as smooth as possible, despite the 800+ mile distance between us. Long story short, I drove from PA to IL to purchase a used Mini from Audi Exchange, and the whole experience couldn't have gone any smoother. When I arrived, the car was ready to go, and after a quick test drive to verify the car was ship-shape, it was as simple as handing over the keys to my trade-in, signing the dotted lines, and driving back to Pennsylvania. Again, thank you. I've been thoroughly enjoying the Mini, and I would gladly make the 14 hour drive again to deal with you again. More

I had never owned an Audi or really considered one for that matter. I went there interested in a specific model, the Audi Q5 and wanted to get as much information as possible to make an educated decision. I met Lucas Kieler when I arrived and he was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He was very educated on the features of the car and explained everything and answered all my questions. I purchased the Q5 and I love my car. Lucas has been so helpful the whole way through. He is patient and relaxed and provides a no pressure environment. This is a first for me in car buying if you know what I mean. As for the entire staff at Audi Exchange everyone is so attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend Audi Exchange and Lucas Kieler to anyone interested in purchasing an Audi. More
One VERY Bad Visit My 10 year old A4 Cabriolet had been used sparingly but was going on a long trip. Brought the car in for a total service to be certain my wife and I w My 10 year old A4 Cabriolet had been used sparingly but was going on a long trip. Brought the car in for a total service to be certain my wife and I would be safe on a 2000 mile highway journey. They came back with a $3500 bill and while a lot of money, I was happy to have the car I love in tip top shape. NOT SO FAST. When I arrived at my destination a loud hum and shimmy began. The local dealer examined it and said $2500 to replace the drive train, repair the mounts and flush the dirt out of the brake fluid! Oh, and by the way, your convertible top is separating from the rear window. Audi recommends replacing the top for $4000. WHAAAAT? This 10 year old car (only 70,000 miles) is now supposed to cost $10,000 to keep on the road. Oh, there is more but the fact is the Audi Exchange never totally checked out the car. The second dealer made it clear that none of the repairs they saw were NEW. They should have been addressed in at the Audi Exchange the first time. I talked to Audi corporate in Detroit who have absolutely no authority to anything. THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL. They are not thorough in the least. Oil change? No problem. Anything more, find another dealer. And, FAST. More

I would have to say this was the best, easiest car buying experience I ever had. My salesman, Ramzi Amazi, and I actually went to the same local extension of Purdue University, and we laughed and talked our way through the whole process. He also seemed authorized to work his own deal, as there was none of the usual time-xxxxxxx car buying process of "let me go talk to my manager" or write down your number and I'll take it to my manager or anything like that. What a pleasure! The finance manager was also great to work with, clearly explaining the add-on type options, giving me time to decide those, and giving me time to determine my ultimate financing approach. I would highly recommend visiting the Audi Exchange, and ask for Ramzi ... a friend of mine already has! More
