After a lot of research I ordered my new TDI Q5 from Lucas Kielar in October 2013 and received it in January. The experience was phenomenal. So many vehicle purchase transactions that I have had in the past have seemed adversarial, but we had a pleasant time purchasing our vehicle from Alex. It seems odd to say that we had a pleasant car shopping experience, but from our initial interactions with Alex through signing our final paperwork with Dan Fernstrom in finance, it truly was a good experience. While you never know if you got the best deal, we felt good about the price we paid and didn't feel that we had just been taken to the cleaners. My experience at the Audi Exchange was fantastic, and due in large part to my salesperson Drew Malone. Since I live downtown, a significant amount of my interation with the Exchange was over the phone and e in large part to my salesperson Drew Malone. Not only was Drew thorough in answering all of my questions, but he made sure to answer those questions that I forgot to ask. At the end of the day, I showed-up to the Exchange on a Saturday with a check in-hand written out for our agreed-upon purchase price. Drew took the check, and handed me the keys to the new car...no surprises. Since the time of purchase, Drew has continued to provide invaluable service. I consider him my primary contact at the Exchange. I would recommend the Audi Exchange in Highland Park, and specifically Drew Malone, for anyone in the market for a new/used Audi. More
