My son and I were shopping for a car for him to take to college. Ramzi took the time with us to explain the Audi we were interested in as well as answer all our questions. I received a phone call from Ramzi a day after our purchase asking if everything was OK with the car. That may be a little detail, but to me it showed a level of sincerity not often found. I came into the dealership to look at a used Audi Q5. Despite being relatively young, I was treated with respect and presented with multiple options that were available to me. While the specific car I was interested in purchasing was not available on site on the specific day I visited, Ramzi was kind enough to provide me with the most similar car they had available to test drive. While I was out for a test drive, he pulled another car around to show me what the interior of the car I was interested in purchasing looked like. Throughout the process I was not pressured to make a quick decision and was given full transparency of how quickly cars were being sold and the rationale behind the price. I had literally been looking for an S4 for about 5 years but could never find the one that was the right combination of miles, year and price. I found one that looked like it could be close at the Audi Exch but could never find the one that was the right combination of miles, year and price. I found one that looked like it could be close at the Audi Exchange, (I live in Minneapolis) and started a conversation with Ramzi. After being semi-ignored by my local dealerships, and even told "good luck finding that" by one-- I wasn't overly optimistic. I sent Ramzi an idea of the numbers I was looking for. He later called me to tell me he was "close." By the end of the night, we had a deal, and it was even better than I could have hoped. I am getting married, buying a house, and no doubt kids not too far down the road. I told Ramzi that this car was now or perhaps never for me, and he put together a deal and made it happen in less than a day.
